Pots add delicacy and visual interest to a garden design with their shapes, colours and textures. They can be used to soften the edges of a terrace or wall, and give due prominence to a prize specimen plant. They also allow gardeners and garden designers to include and enjoy plants the site’s soil type might otherwise prohibit.
